It can accomodate up to six and is dog friendly (Max 2 dogs).
There is a open fire and has very effective central heating if needed......

Recently refurbished and renovated with modern facilities and equipment (including Wi-Fi) the house is on a croft in the village of Garenin, in Carloway, Isle of Lewis. The house is just 5 minutes from the sea and the restored Blackhouse village with museum and café, plus excellent views over Carloway. Our Lewis Roots
The house was build in 1951 and is typical of many homes built at that time. My family are from the island and the culture and language are an important reason to retain the house in an island, which is simultaneously changing and unchanging.
Lewis families typically retain links with the community although dispersed over many countries......

Beautiful Garenin
The island has a unique beauty and diversity of natural landscapes and unspoilt habitats. Garenin is a small crofting community on the Atlantic west coast. Being on an island and at the vagaries of nature brings a sense of perspective and visitors often comment on that. It is healthy to be away from the pressures of modern life and to experience the endless long days in the summer and the northern lights in colder days.....
